2 Sensitive or 2 Emotional? 2 Moons to Celebrate You Part 2

Two Moons to Celebrate You! Part 2

What Color are Your Champagne Bubbles?

Wow! What a month and I know you’ve felt it! You’ve probably caught that strong vibe of change in the air, too.

We had a great response to the blog about people’s connection to being highly sensitive, and to the harvest moon celebration. (http://sparkleyourlightbooks.com/2-sensitive-emotional-celebrate-you/)

Unfortunately, in our society, we as women are under pressure to be restrained in our emotional lives. You may have learned to suppress your feelings or have been disregarded because your decisions were not based in “rational” thinking.

Consider this. Women are naturally known to use their sensitivity and intuition. As a parent you have a finely tuned sensitivity to your children. This is a sign of health, NOT disease. You trust that. In the past if you’ve allowed these aspects in other areas of your life to make you feel less than you are, now is the time to shed the weight of unworthiness and less than, wherever it may still be lurking.

As a highly sensitive person, parent, or grandparent honor that you are wired in a way that makes you more open to sensing what isn’t evident. Your intuition is your sparkling light, which allows you to shed light on a situation. Celebrating your gifts will help to recognize and honor your children’s gifts.

Two Ways to Celebrate Your Super Powers and Be Supported

“What a transition! Every particle, fractal, facet, droplet, template, structure, you-name-it, has gone whoosh into a bazillion sparkles of light, waiting to either dissolve or coalesce into something truly wonderful ~ called your life experience.” Nalini – chaliceofwisdom.com

It’s so easy to forget how being highly sensitive is truly wonderful while you may still be recovering or feeling some of the chaotic, topsy turvey energy of the last cycle still moving about. You may also have noticed your children acting up a bit or out of sorts.

Here’s the good news. There’s a new moon on Saturday, October 1st. This new moon is a special one as it is the first one after the ending of the 9-year cycle (some say a 26,000 year cycle). During the full moon you celebrated your accomplishments and really owning who you are. (And the kids will settle down a bit!)

Now, ride the energy of the new moon on Saturday, October 1st. Step through the doorway into the new energy on the planet. This new energy is calling you to go inward into your soul-connected self to celebrate your true self. It’s time to feel confident and joyful, dancing freely with life without the stories of less than or shame in any area of life.

New moons are the most spiritual and creative moons of the lunar cycle.

“It’s imperative to get to know yourself as you are becoming. Command your focus, presence, Self-patience, Self-kindness, Self-awareness and Self-centeredness in every moment. Crucial it is to concentrate your Presence in a stabilized field long enough to let your True Self settle in.” ~ Maureen Moss\

Let your true self and your gifts of intuition and sensitivity follow this new energy. Move into harmony and trust with your higher self and the divine plan. Celebrate as you use your gifts to amplify the feminine energy of unlimited possibilities powered from within you. What wants to birth inside and out?

“BE the way of the champagne bubble and be lifted into the love field with all the

light that you are.” ~Nalini

What do your sparkling champagne bubbles of life look like? What do they feel like?

Feel into your deeply sensitive and intuitive self. What is calling to you deep from within your Soul? What wants to expand and what spark wants to flame into new something new? What lights you up and gives you joy? How can you celebrate being a parent?  Celebrate the divine plan that will lead you there gracefully as you listen to your inner whisperings.

Let your super power gift of sensitivity be your radar and your super power of intuition (not fear, worry or anxiety) guide you.

P.S.Have you received a present and tried to figure out what it was? You picked it up to see how heavy it was, shook it, tipped it upside down, maybe even sniffed it? 2 Sensitive or 2 Emotional-2 Moons to Celebrate You!

2 Sensitive or 2 Emotional?

2 Moons and Celebrate You this Month!

Harness the Energy of the Moon Part 1

September is a wonderful time to celebrate you! Celebrating the magic of your sensitivity and your intuition! It’s also a time to trust in yourself and your success in navigating the challenges and strong energies of the past few years.

If you are a highly sensitive person, you’ve heard “you’re too emotional” more than once. You may have thought that about yourself or about one of your children  (or about how dramatic one of them behaves).

In the past you’ve had to defend or explain your emotions. This makes sense as you are affected by your connection to the energies around you, especially the moon.

The cycles of the moon have always been associated with the feminine (and the sun, with the masculine). This month (this week!) is a great time to tap deeply into your sensitivity and harness the energy of energy of the full moon. (Children may seem more emotional during these times or have trouble sleeping.)

The Harvest Moon on Friday, September 16th provides a great opportunity to celebrate the evolution you have made through your beautifully sensitive nature. The person you are today has emerged by allowing you to develop into you from the inside out.

This September also heralds the ending of a nine-year cycle. Think back over the last nine years and all that has transpired.

Whew, thank goodness this is an ending point, right?

A cycle, as Maureen Moss says, where “Time and again we fell for who we were not. Time and again we gave our power away. Time and again we innocently turned on ourselves. No more.”

Take in those words! The energies have shifted in way they never have before. We are at a different junction on planet earth right now. Our true selves are emerging. (And, your children deserve the best version of you!)

The energy and light coming to the planet has assisted in our shift. These years have not been easy!

Think about how you have used your sensitivity to guide you; to allow you to follow your intuition and trust yourself more. Look at where you let go of old relationships, firmed up your personal boundaries and navigated the challenges and strong energies of the past few years. You’ve done it!

Now is the time to celebrate all you have learned about taking yourself out of toxic environments and relationships. And how you now know how to better take care of yourself and your body. Be joyful that you see that making more time for you in your life is beneficial to everyone around you including the ones you love the most and – most especially you!

Now, kick up your heels, turn on the music, and dance! Celebrate your life changes.

Let the magic dust fly and the champagne bottles pop with sparkling bubbles to delight you as you celebrate your light in the light of the Harvest Moon!

Harvest Moon Ritual

  • Go outside bask in the light of the moon.
  • Go within! Recognize and acknowledge what you have cultivated – and celebrate!
  • Next inside in the light of the full moon, create a small space. Place your favorite items there and light a candle.
  • Or you can just light a candle and write in your journal. Whatever works for you!
  • Reflecting on the past nine years, what can you celebrate in yourself?
  • What have you cultivated to make you shine and sparkle your light now?
  • How are you sensitive to your child’s needs where others would overlook them?
  • If you don’t have time to create the space look at the moon before you go to bed. Think back and celebrate in a quiet moment your successes as a person and a parent.
  • Post and let us know! We’d love to celebrate with you!!!.

Dancing in the light of the moon,

Bonnie
