Wellness Begins with Heart Thoughtful-Mindfulness for Educators & School Staff
This program includes an instructional workshop, follow-up workshops, and an online Facebook group to create more positive social-emotional behavior. Presenters will share mindfulness, breath-work, Positive Psychology, and visualization techniques that faculty and staff and home schools may use for their own self-care as well as share with their students.
Research and practice in schools across the nation show that mindfulness habits help adults and children become strong, more focused and resilient as they develop authentic relationships with themselves and others.
Participants who use the techniques will:
- Be calmer and improve their emotional states
- Become more stress hardy & have more energy
- Handle situations more patiently
- Practice heart-thoughtful mindfulness for clarity, calm and better choices

Bonnie Snyder, Ed.S, CPC has a background in teaching and counseling. She currently is a professional life coach with a focus of empowering women. She is also the author of a children’s book and co-author of two books for adults.
